Does QuoteBolt handle the payment processing?
Stripe handles all payment processing. QuoteBolt generates the payment link and attaches it to your invoice — your customer taps the link and pays. Stripe deposits the funds directly to your connected bank account.
What fees does Stripe charge?
Stripe charges standard processing fees (typically 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction in the US). QuoteBolt does not add any additional transaction fees on top of Stripe's rates.
Can I send an invoice without creating a quote first?
Yes. You can create an invoice directly from the invoices section without starting from a quote. Invoices created directly work the same way — add line items, attach a Stripe payment link, and send.
